REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS As a NDE Technician this individual must be able to record, perform and demonstrate proficient report writing skills. These reports are delivered and reviewed by the client for acceptance or reject criteria. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS This individual will spend 85% to 95% of their time within the battery limits of the units. He or she will be exposed to the outside elements as well as the dangers that exist within the plant. This includes working from elevated surfaces as well as confined space. This individual will be required to carry their gear to these places to perform different inspection techniques as necessary. OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The NDE Technician will be responsible for filling out company time sheets and other company documentation as found necessary. The Technician will be able to “perform other duties as assigned” by an immediate supervisor or the client. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Level II UT, PT, MT and Visual Preferred Candidates must have at least two years of Level II experience. 2. Candidate must be proficient with Isometric Drawings as well as Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’S) Must be flexible to work overtime and different shifts as necessary. 3. Provide documentation for both training and experience necessary for all the above listed certifications. Candidate must be able to obtain the Industry required TWIC Card. PREFERRED Candidates with at least two of the above mentioned certifications with a sufficient amount of experience will be considered.
