Safety training & maintenance of database of training records, documented work site safety inspections, strong communication & written skills required and able to maintain professionalism at all times, able to travel within the Baltimore area, will be required to deal with MOSH & OSHA inspectors on a as needed basis, Able to walk long distances through & on work sites. Working with insurance companies, lawyers, worker's comp and incident investigation on claims. Be able to adapt to different issues & tasks as they arise.


Experienced background in Risk Management/Safety/Worker's Comp with OSHA knowledge/Incident Investigation and able to maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and being able to teach/train in front of groups of people. Knowledge of fleet & FMSCA/CDL desirable Must be willing to work with people & have a superior customer service attitude. Multi-tasker is a must.& management skills/experience of people desired


PC skills including knowledge of excel, word & outlook programs, use & creation of databases to study statistics & trend analysis, ability to negotiate through tough situations and constantly maintain a professional image at all times, will be able to shut down jobs due to safety, able to use & adjust web formatted programs on GPS systems. Downloading pictures onto PC, strong communication skills. Management skills desired. Team Player a must.

Degrees / Licenses (R)equired – (P)referred

Minimum College graduate, OSHA/Fleet/Risk Management/ FMSCA certs preferred as well as safety, risk management experience in civil engineering background or comparable field.


Maintain a professional safety appearance. Must possess a valid driver's license and have their own reliable insured vehicle for transportation.
