Will perform specific and limited portions of a broader engineering assignments, to include water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment and solid waste facilities, under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Applies engineering principals and standard practices in specific project situations to conduct investigations, studies and designs for a variety of environmental engineering projects. Able assess, adjust and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies in results, and follows direction through a series of related detailed steps or processes. Responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of engineering studies and designs in the field of environmental engineering.


0-3 years of environmental engineering experience.


Computer proficiency and experience with engineering software. CADD Skills desirable.

Degrees / Licenses (R)equired – (P)referred

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (R) Certified Engineer-in-Training (P)


Ability to interpret engineering plans, maps and analytical documents. Working knowledge of CADD practices and procedures. Ability to perform engineering calculations.
