This position manages KCI’s Pennsylvania CM/CI work within PennDOT Districts 4/5/6, and regional PTC work as well - in the role of Consultant Agreement Manager. This individual will be a technical expert in the area of road, bridge and utility construction management & inspection. This individual shall be responsible for project management and supervision of staff in the area of responsibility within the Practice, and shall serve as Project Manager for projects designated to the practice. The Sr. CM shall maintain active participation in professional and business organizations within their geographic region, provide business development support within that region, manage the daily schedules of the staff within that region, and support the other Practices and Disciplines in their work located within that region. The Sr. CM shall also coordinate with the Practice Leaders within the CM discipline to ensure maximum utilization of staff and resources within the Practice. The Sr. CM shall be a direct report to the Regional Practice Leader, who reports to the Construction Discipline Manager. This position will be in the advancement path to Practice Leader.


15 or more years of professional experience in construction management/construction inspection (CM/CI) within the Transportation Industry, preferably with past or current experience in a Consultant Agreement Manager role for PennDOT CM/CI contracts. A thorough knowledge of PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) standards, processes, and requirements. Successful experience in County/municipal transportation CM/CI practices also desired. A record of increasing responsibility, progression in positions of leadership and project profitability responsibility for construction management/construction inspection related business units. Knowledge and experience in Design Build and Public/Private Delivery Methods, as well as other innovative design and construction delivery methods within the Transportation field. Active membership in construction industry-related Professional organization(s). This position is NOT design-oriented - it is specifically for CM/CI operations.

Degrees / Licenses (R)equired – (P)referred

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. PE or CCM preferred, but not required.
