ExperienceSeasoned professional with 7+ years experience leading mechanical and plumbing design efforts for buildings on multi-disciplinary teams. Experienced client manager and project manager for multi-disciplinary building projects.
The ideal candidate will have past project design and management experience in both private sector and federal (e.g., DoT, DoD, VA, GSA) markets. Past projects would include a variety of building occupancy types, including both new construction and additions/renovations.
SkillsIn addition to HVAC air-side, water-side, and plumbing systems design experience, the successful candidate shall be intimately familiar with load calculations, mechanical equipment selections, and other specialized systems for buildings.
REQUIRED: (1) code expert in prevailing industry standards (e.g. IBC, IMC, IPC, ASHRAE, etc.); (2) LEED knowledge; (3) AutoDesk AutoCAD
DESIRED: (1) production capabilities in AutoDesk Revit
