Duties

Public Safety. Report to, and observe areas of danger to the General Public deemed so by Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) personnel, or agents of BGE. Verbally advise the General Public to maintain a clear and safe distance from the dangerous situation. Await repair crews’ arrival on site to make repairs.

Experience

Overhead Distribution System experience a plus.

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be a motivated individual and be able to take direction well. Able to conform to and maintain good safety practices. Familiarity with Overhead Distribution Systems.

Degrees / Licenses (R)equired – (P)referred

Must possess a valid MD driver’s license. (R)
High School Diploma (P)

Other

Reliable vehicle. Have the ability to learn, assist, and educate others. Read road maps. Communicate with the general public. Walk rugged terrain, and dense, wooded areas.
